James Bond films are famous for many things. Two of those things are villains and strong female leads. Well we have both in the form of Caroline Monro. Caroline played Henchwoman and Helicopter pilot, Naomi in 1977’s The Spy Who Loved Me.
Caroline is also somewhat of a legend in Horror films. Starting in the 1970’s with Christopher Lee and Peter Cushing in a number of Hammer films, through to 80’s slashers such as Slaughter High through to fantasy horrors of the 21st century such as Flesh for the Beast. If that’s not enough she also worked with stop motion legend, Ray Harryhausen in 1973’s The Golden Voyage of Sinbad.
It is an honour to welcome a true icon of cinema to talk to us about her career.
