HCC Guest: Nick Joseph

Jobbing actor, Nick Joseph appeared in a low budget Sci Fi film that was shot in England. That film went on to change movies and Science Fiction forever. The film is of course Star Wars: A New Hope. Many of the accessible actors with stories from the set are hard to find or sadly no longer with us, but in Nick we have access to some incredible moments!

 

Nick played Major Arhul Hextrophon, The Rebel medal bearer in the final scene of Star Wars and also appears in the Death Star battle briefing on Yavin alongside Carrie Fisher, as Princess Leia.

 

As well as Star Wars, Nick has appeared in four Doctor Who stories, Two Blake’s 7 episodes and James Bond – The Spy who Loved Me. He was also the Albert Square Milkman for three years in Eastenders!

 

We are as happy as a nerf herder that Nick will be sharing his memories with us and can’t wait to welcome him to Hull Comic Con.
